Returns and exchanges
01. Returns policy
AquaElegance accepts returns of in-stock items within 30 days of purchase, provided they remain in their original packaging and condition. Custom or made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
02. Returns process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be sent back to our warehouse at the customer’s expense.
03. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned products are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
04. Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product, follow the return process for the original product and place a new order for the replacement item.
